Bookings & leagues: reservations, registrations, team memberships, and related preferences.
Authentication: if you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile details (e.g., name and email) from those providers.
Device & usage: IP address, browser type, and pages visited to help improve reliability and security.
Cookies & analytics: we use cookies and Google Analytics to understand site performance. You can manage cookies in your browser.

How we use information

Provide, personalize, and improve bookings, leagues, and account features.
Authenticate users, prevent fraud/abuse, and secure our systems.
Send confirmations and important service updates.
Optional marketing updates (only with your consent, and you can opt out anytime).

Legal bases

We process data with your consent, to perform a contract (e.g., your reservation), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests (like improving reliability and preventing abuse).

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate Rainbow Lanes:

Supabase for authentication and database.
Vercel for website hosting.
Google Analytics for site analytics.
Sentry for error monitoring and reliability.
Twilio for SMS notifications (when enabled).
Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse.

These providers are bound by contracts and only process data on our instructions.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or accounting requirements. Backups are retained for a limited period and then purged on a normal rotation.

Your choices

Access and update your profile and contact details from your dashboard.
Request account and data deletion via our Data Deletion page.
Manage cookies in your browser settings; opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard protections such as encryption in transit and access controls. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we’ll take appropriate action.
